It just took longer than I was expecting, and the tracking wasn’t super clear along the way, which made it a little frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it definitely left me feeling like the delivery process could be smoother

I didn’t overthink it, I just grabbed this and I’m so glad I did. It’s the perfect size for my family and fits heaps without everything feeling crammed in.

It does a lot and definitely helps save space, which I really like. Some parts are a bit hard to describe, but they just take more fiddling than I expected. Overall it’s handy to have, just not quite as easy to use as I was hoping.

I had a problem with my Instant Pot and contacted them about the warranty. i don’t have much patience for long back-and-forth with customer service, but they replied quickly and got a replacement sorted without making it a whole ordeal. The return instructions were clear enough, and everything went smoother than I expected. Really happy with how it turned out.

This thing is super quiet. I was expecting a lot more noise, but it barely makes any, and the steam release isn’t wild or scary. It’s made cooking dinner feel a lot less stressful, tbh

I mainly bought this because of the safety features, but to be honest, I still don’t feel that confident using it. The whole lid and pressure situation makes me a bit nervous, and I wish the instructions were clearer. It does work, but I find myself double-checking everything before I use it. Maybe other people won’t mind, but for me, it just doesn’t feel as reassuring as I thought it would.

The packaging was okay overall, but the box did have a dent in it. Nothing inside seemed ruined, so I didn’t bother contacting customer service since I don’t trust them to do much besides give me the runaround

I’ve had my Instant Pot for a few months now, and I have to say, the easy cleanup is one of the best parts. The inner pot washes out really fast, and the lid pieces come off without being a pain. It also doesn’t seem to hang onto smells much, which I really appreciate. For something I use during the week, it’s definitely a good value because it saves me time and hassle

The site was easy to browse overall, but it kinda took me a while to find a few things. Checkout worked okay in the end, it just felt a bit slow and not as smooth as I expected.

I swear, this thing has basically changed my whole dinner routine. Rice and stews come out really good, like way better than I expected. Sometimes it takes a little longer than I planned, and yes, I do dramatically act like I’m starving to death while waiting, but the food always turns out worth it.

I needed a replacement inner pot and after checking a few places that were out, I pretty much went with the obvious choice once I saw these guys had it in stock. No overthinking it, if they’ve got the part and ordering is simple, that’s good enough for me. The whole thing was easy and I’m happy with it.
